💼 Registration

• All students must be registered before attending class.

• New students may schedule a free consultation prior to enrollment.

🕒 Attendance & Punctuality

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class.

• Repeated tardiness may result in removal from level progression.

👚 Dress Code

• Hair must be neatly secured.

• Appropriate dancewear is required for each class type.

• No loose jewelry or non-dance shoes permitted in studio space.

📅 Cancellation & Make-Ups

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel a class.

• No make-up classes are offered if you cancel less than 24 hours before class.

💳 Membership & Refunds

• Memberships are non-refundable once the month or term begins.

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to renewal.

🧸 Parent & Guardian Conduct

• Parents must remain in designated waiting areas unless invited into class.

• Disruptive behavior or interference will not be tolerated.

• Please support a respectful, calm studio atmosphere for all students.

📸 Photo & Video

• By enrolling, you consent to occasional class media for promotional purposes.

• Notify us in writing if you wish to opt out.

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or disruptive behavior.

• All students deserve a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

⚖️ Right to Refuse Service

• The Chic Dance Studio reserves the right to deny or discontinue service to any student or parent whose behavior is harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to the environment, staff, or other students.
